July 11-13 (Friday-Sunday) The Wrington Roadshow goes to France... An opportunity to take part in the Villeneuve annual summer 'feria' (not for the squeamish) by organising a 'Wrington Road Show' - local produce from cheese to music, games, arts and crafts... show them what we're made of! Put together a small group and contact any member of the committee for further information September 5th-8th (Friday-Monday) Weekend trip to Villeneuve-les-Beziers The visit would include a reception at the Mairie, opportunities to meet people and make contact with groups, clubs and associations in Villeneuve, with a guided tour of the village and the region. This event depends on a commitment of at least 12 people a month in advance. Put together a small group and contact any member of the committee for further information. October 21st (Tuesday) Autumn event and Members Meeting 7.30 Venue tbc Further details of the Autumn Event will be published in the village journal and on the village website. This will be followed by a short AGM. Thursday November 6th Wine Tasting: more wines of the Languedoc 7.30 Aldwick Court Farm & Vineyard Following the success of last year's event, this is a further opportunity to sample wines from the Languedoc. We hope that one or more producers of the selected wines will be our guests at this event.. John Adams
