Typical welcome from Fiona and David Jewell to their many customers and friends who “dropped into the Memorial Hall for a cuppa”, as Mary Burgess’s invitation had put it in the April issue of the Village Journal. The occasion was organised to mark the conclusion of their 22 years of service to the viilage in general, and the URC in particular, as they made final preparations for their move to Cornwall.
