Snow fun on Old Hill Overnight the whole of the south of England was covered in some of the deepest snow for years, and Wrington was no exception. Despite this, newspapers and milk were still delivered, but schools closed and many people decided discretion was the better part, when it came to driving - or not driving - into work. And that’s when Old Hill again took on its historic role of the winter playground of the tobogganed classes.
