All the indications were that, like last year, the annual minibus lunch would have to foresake its prime location, the garden of
Yeomans, home of Mr & Mrs John Filmer, and decamp to the Memorial Hall. Despite these miserable prospects and lack of
sunshine, it was warm, and, under the well laid-out gazebos, a goodly number enjoyed an excellent lunch.
Far more, in fact, than managed to attend the recent launching of the new - and 7th - minibus on 15th July. So there, in the
background, was the very vehicle itself, giving everyone the opportunity to inspect the improved facilities on board
