Andy Tandy was on the spot when one of Pearce’s vans caught fire at approx 11.30am near the Signal Box at the junction of
Station Road and Westward Close. The van was travelling into Wrington. There didn’t appear to have been any injuries, and no
Police or Ambulance attended before he left
